ATTENTION *** POUR LES HOMMES AVEC UNE BASE LARGE : Utilisez votre circonférence de base la plus large.
Il est recommandé de prévoir une marge de dilatation de 10 à 15 %.
Multipliez donc votre circonférence actuelle par 1,10 ou 1,15 pour obtenir un cylindre qui permette l'expansion. (ex : 5 x 1,10 = 5,5)
Ainsi, une circonférence de 5 pouces multipliée par 1,10 donne 5,5 et par 1,15 donne 5,75, il serait donc recommandé pour ce spécimen de prendre le 2,0 car cela laisse de la marge pour la croissance et des gains de pompage immédiats.
Nous vous recommandons de ne pas dépasser 30 % de votre taille actuelle pour la circonférence intérieure du cylindre.
En attendant de trouver une taille plus petite, d'autres entreprises DEVRAIENT proposer des options pour hommes de taille inférieure à 4,0 correspondant à nos recommandations.
L'avis général est de mesurer à partir des points les plus épais, mais pour les hommes ayant une base exceptionnellement large et qui souhaitent se concentrer sur la partie supérieure de la tige, il est préférable de mesurer au milieu de la tige plutôt qu'au point le plus épais.
La longueur du tube n'a pas vraiment d'importance SAUF si vous êtes proche du sommet (félicitations) ; pour nos kits, nous n'utilisons que des « dimensions typiques ».

I can not a get vacuum on it, but the pumps work well on my leg just not the Scruton

I got this as a way of keeping everything healthy (not for size, which I doubt beyond a temp boost). So far it's great. I bought a different brand that was a waste of time. This one works. My only complaint is that it didn't come with any instructions.
It is my 2nd PMP pump. Something broke in the moving parts of old pump. That's okay, it lasted a reasonable amount of time.

Great product very well built and clean. The extra rubber seal helps a lot keeping everything in place and you nuts from entering the tube which can be extremely uncomfortable. Works as described

The attachment on the top of the vacuum tube leaks. To hold a steady pressure requires repeated pumping. I first thought the pump had a slow leak, or the seal against the base and my skin was the problem but it wasn’t.
The pump works well and is excellent. I hope to achieve the desired results and I will buy another, wider tube…. I highly recommend it; it's a fantastic pump 😊

It seems to work well. I find that a bit of lube on the surface that contacts the body helps to form a seal.
