Store owner replied: Both of our pump sleeves are made of the same quality material. The Wide Opening Pump Sleeve just has a larger opening. Every body is uniquely shaped and sized, so the preference of which sleeve may work best is up to the user.

Love it, the only negative is the automatic pump exterior did crack in many different places without me dropping it or anything, very cheap plastic but still does the job for now.

Sleeve is to small for the size tube.
Store owner replied: Hey there, after emailing we realized you meant the opening of the pump sleeve. While our team is actively sourcing sized pump sleeves with differently-sized openings, the community came up with a hack. Cut a hole in the opening of the sleeve using some type of blade, to better fit yourself. We hope that trick helps for now.
Decent product! The pump sleeve is made of soft silicone, so while the hole may seem small, it stretches quite easily. However, this also has the drawback that at higher pressures (mainly >25kPa/>7 inHg), it doesn't really hold the scrotum skin back, which might be due to me getting the 15% bigger cilinder vs the 10% one. Regardless, the sleeve makes pumping more comfortable, and I'd consider it worth the money!

Product fit cylinder, but the hole was very tight. I felt like I couldn’t seat the pump cylinder far enough down to the base. I sized up on the pad. I’m not sure if the bigger sizes will still fit my 2” cylinder but still have a bigger hole
Store owner replied: Hey Justin, we sent you an email! The larger pump sleeves only fit on the larger cylinders, but you CAN cut the sleeve to make a larger hole in the opening. We have successfully seen that many times by our own team and the community.

In the meantime, we sent an email to let you know about a hack our team and the community came up with regarding the sleeve size. Cutting a hole in the opening to make it fit your girth makes it way more comfortable to wear!
I'm not sure if they come in various sizes and I received the wrong size but it was far too tight even with lube applied it was painful pushing into it. I assume it's meant to be tight for retaining blood and pressure but it felt extremely tight and rather painful

Does its job very well
This thing has some powerful suction. Way better than the cheap one I bout to see if I would even like pumping. I have to admit, after two weeks I was extremely impressed. Worth the money! I will update after a few months!
