Measure the circumference of your glans when erect, at its widest point, with a flexible measuring tape. Do not use shaft or base girth.

What PMP Customers Say

★ ★ ★ ★ ★
Im very pleased with the extender. I started using it the day that I reveived it. It is high quality. I can be semi-mobile within reason while using it as opposed to remaining stationary while hanging with weights. I only regret not buying it sooner.

Everything is great, so far. I was one of the few unlucky to have a part that broke. But excellent customer service handled everything, and a new unit was shipped. Thanks to everyone at the PMP team!!! Highly recommended!!

Cup is great. Size is perfect, holds vacuum very well. Buy the Fkn Mint sleeve as an upgrade to the ones included.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between an extender and a hanger?

An extender such as Apex uses a spring-loaded frame for adjustable traction. A hanging kit uses an external load connected through a vacuum cup or compression attachment.

Does Apex include the attachment?

The standalone Apex is the frame only. It needs a compatible vacuum cup or Peak Compression Hanger. An Apex and vacuum-hanger bundle is also available.

Is a vacuum hanger a good way to start?

The Vacuum Hanging Kit is a lower-cost complete starting point. Select its bell by erect glans girth, and follow the included instructions.

What is Apex Stealth designed for?

Apex Stealth is a discreet belt-style all-day stretcher. Its kit includes a vacuum cup, silicone sleeves and a pump handle; select belt and cup sizes on the product page.

Why choose Peak Compression if I have foreskin or sensitive skin?

Peak Compression uses shaft compression instead of a vacuum seal on the glans. For men with foreskin or sensitive glans skin, this may be a preferable attachment style, subject to proper fit and circulation precautions.

Can I wear a compression hanger continuously?

No. Compression attachments can impede circulation. Follow the device's pressure-release instructions and stop if you experience pain, numbness or discoloration.
