Used a couple weeks and now it barely holds a charfe abd takes forever to pump up

Gamechanger. Far more convenient than a hand pump. Makes interval pumping a breeze. Holding pressure is done automatically. Does not have a timed zero pressure between intervals though. Pressure comes up fast and is a bit tricky to stop at your target pressure. Takes a bit of trial and error to get comfortable with it. Overall a great purchase at an economical price.

Awesome electric pump!
In total over five months, I went through three pumps and I was only refunded for one. The first one I wasn’t refunded because there’s only I think the warranty is only two months which is very strange on a pump and I went like I say I went through three of them in five months I wouldn’t touch this pump
First order of the Auto pump had an issue where the vacuum wouldn’t release. Contacted PMP and they sent a new and it’s been working perfectly.

Tale of two pumps. The first one would die after about 4 good pump sessions, if this happens to you, send it back immediately as they only have a 60 day warranty. When it works (the new one), it's awesome.

This is my favorite way to pump now. Just program your interval time with your target pressure and let it do the work. Sweet!

Had it about 2 weeks now and its great to be able to set it and forget it. A couple of small negatives about it - short battery life and awkward design/ergonomics. From my experience so far, you get about 40-60 min on a full charge using it on auto mode. So enough for a day or two of use (twice/day sessions). I would kind of expect more and I just hope the battery doesn't degrade over time. The reason I say awkward design is because I feel the natural way to hold it is upside-down. The nipple is on the bottom so you have to hold the pump up to read the screen. Maybe some people hold it that way. Also the buttons are labeled with vague symbols that don't convey their functions. The power button is the normal symbol but it has more than one function and you would never guess that it does more. The other two buttons and indicators on the screen do not match their functions. Overall, the pump seems well made and does what it is advertised to do. If you didn't have an auto pump before, this could be a game changer for you in PE.

Also, the auto pump comes with an instruction manual that describes each button. You can always reach out to us with any questions, and we can replace anything that arrives malfunctioning as well.

When compared to using a hand pump this auto pump is beyond game changing. It has added so much efficiency to my PE routine that I cannot believe it took me so long to try it out. Easy to use, consistent, and very convenient.
Great little pump. I only wish it was easier to hold and it allowed me to change the pressure to inhg instead of kPa.

I’ve always used a manual pump, which worked fine but I constantly had to keep pumping if my pump was losing pressure, and once I began interval pumping, it became that much worse. This auto pump makes it so easy and I can be hands free for 20 minutes. I just put it on and forget about it
