This is BD's culmination of research on girth training over the past 4 years. BD has been practicing Penis enlargement for a decade and has become a thought leader in recent years. 

BD Takes a "semi-scientific" approach to PE. With years of experience using "bro science" approaches, he pivoted to apply physiotherapy basics to prove the legitimacy of the exercises. In doing so, he was able to develop protocols based on how soft tissue actually responds in the body, leading to more efficient and optimal gains and cutting the old-time recommendations in half while making results more consistent across the board.
