- 1.75-inch cylinder: up to 5.5 inches erect girth
- 2.0-inch cylinder: up to 6.25 inches erect girth
- 2.125-inch cylinder: up to 6.66 inches erect girth

Sizing Recommendations
For best results, choose a cylinder that gives you room for expansion without being excessively oversized.
We recommend allowing 10–15% room for expansion based on your current erect girth.
To calculate your recommended expansion range:
Current erect girth × 1.10 to 1.15 = recommended cylinder capacity
Example:
A 5.0-inch erect girth × 1.10 = 5.5 inches
A 5.0-inch erect girth × 1.15 = 5.75 inches
In this case, the 2.0-inch cylinder would usually be the best fit because it allows room for immediate pump expansion and long-term progression.
We do not recommend choosing a cylinder with an internal circumference more than roughly 30% larger than your current erect girth.
Important for Men with Wide Bases
If your base girth is your widest measurement, use your widest base girth when selecting your size.
However, if you have an exceptionally wide base and want to focus more expansion higher on the shaft, you may choose to size based on your mid-shaft girth instead of your largest base measurement.

Smaller Sizes
While we work on sourcing smaller cylinders, men below 4.0 inches in erect girth may need to look for a smaller fitted cylinder from another supplier that better matches these sizing recommendations.
Cylinder Length
Cylinder length usually does not matter unless you are close to reaching the top of the tube during pumping. For these kits, we currently use typical cylinder lengths that fit most users.
Routine Guidance
Start conservatively and build gradually. Use controlled pressure, monitor your response, and avoid aggressive over-pumping. Consistency and proper sizing matter more than excessive pressure.

I can not a get vacuum on it, but the pumps work well on my leg just not the Scruton

I got this as a way of keeping everything healthy (not for size, which I doubt beyond a temp boost). So far it's great. I bought a different brand that was a waste of time. This one works. My only complaint is that it didn't come with any instructions.
It is my 2nd PMP pump. Something broke in the moving parts of old pump. That's okay, it lasted a reasonable amount of time.

Great product very well built and clean. The extra rubber seal helps a lot keeping everything in place and you nuts from entering the tube which can be extremely uncomfortable. Works as described

The attachment on the top of the vacuum tube leaks. To hold a steady pressure requires repeated pumping. I first thought the pump had a slow leak, or the seal against the base and my skin was the problem but it wasn’t.
The pump works well and is excellent. I hope to achieve the desired results and I will buy another, wider tube…. I highly recommend it; it's a fantastic pump 😊
