Peak Male Full Assessment

The Peak Male Full Assessment goes beyond building a PE routine. Implemented by BD with constant contact with his team.

This is our most comprehensive individualized assessment, designed to look at the broader factors that can influence sexual performance, PE progress, physical function, recovery, and overall performance.

You will complete an in-depth questionnaire covering your PE history and goals along with pelvic floor function, posture and breathing mechanics, mobility, diet, physical training, supplementation, sleep, and other lifestyle factors.

We then review the information as a whole rather than treating each area in isolation.

The goal is to give you a practical plan built around what you want to accomplish, what your body is currently doing, and what your real life allows you to maintain.

What We Assess

The Full Assessment examines several interconnected areas:

• PE history, measurements and goals
• Current PE routine, equipment and available training time
• Erection quality and sexual-performance indicators
• Pelvic floor function and control
• Breathing mechanics and pelvic-floor coordination
• Posture, thoracic positioning and shoulder mobility
• Pelvic positioning, hip mechanics and lower-body mobility
• Diet, calorie and electrolyte habits
• Weight-management goals
• Strength training, cardio and general activity
• Current supplementation and performance-enhancing drug use, when applicable
• Sleep quantity, sleep quality and recovery

The assessment itself contains roughly 45 questions across these areas, allowing us to develop a much more complete picture than we can from PE history alone.

What You Receive

• A comprehensive personalized assessment document reviewing the information you provide and identifying the major factors relevant to your goals.
• A personalized PE routine built around your experience, goals, equipment, available time and current response to training.
• A progression plan explaining how we recommend developing your routine over time rather than simply giving you a static program.
• Pelvic floor, posture, breathing and mobility recommendations when your assessment suggests these areas may be relevant.
• Lifestyle and recovery recommendations covering areas such as training, nutrition, sleep and supplementation where appropriate.
• Notable observations identifying areas that may deserve additional attention, monitoring, modification, or discussion with an appropriate healthcare professional.
• 30 days of direct access to a PMP Specialist through electronic communication for questions, clarification, troubleshooting and reasonable adjustments to your plan.
• The option to continue with monthly coaching after your initial 30-day period for ongoing guidance, progression and routine refinement.
