The silicone sleeve tore pretty easily after a couple uses. Can I possible get more ?
Store owner replied: Sorry to hear the sleeves gave you trouble. To help them last longer, handle gently, store in a cool dry place, and avoid leaving them attached to the cups. Baby powder also helps extend their life. While they're an affordable option, they can be a bit inconsistent. We've heard some customers get up to a year out of them, others less. The material is light and meant to be a consumable, so it will wear out over time. We emailed you to get you some replacements free of charge.
Cup is great. Size is perfect, holds vacuum very well. Buy the Fkn Mint sleeve as an upgrade to the ones included.

Not the best thing I've tried
Both sleeves already had tear’s on the bell area. Could not use product when I received it. Once I let them know of the problem they shipped new sleeves out asap. Thank you!

Everything is great, except for the sleeves! Been using one out of another kit, a little thicker and a little shorter, but no issues at all! Everything else is as advertised.

Everything feels high quality and the cup holds the vacuum well, the sleeves are good too you just need to avoid petroleum based chemicals because they will destroy your sleeve.

The vacuum cups made a good impression at first but after 2 months use I just can’t get a good enough suction anymore with them. I think the spring that holds the valve is too weak now. In any case this is highly frustrating. Would not buy again. :(
The vacuum doesn't hold. Seems like the plug that holds the vacuum leaks by. Update- after receiving a replacement cup, the suction now works great and I am stretching every couple days. This is a great product compared to other types I’ve tried and I can see myself using this for a long time. Top notch customer service. I’ve since ordered additional cups and sleeves to get the perfect fit and feel. Can’t wait to try all your other products.

I was afraid that the medium glad cup was too big but its honestly almost to small but I'll use it until it becomes uncomfortable. Using the stretcher 3 times a week on my off pump days and hope to see some great results in my PE journey this year.
Good quality sleeves and suction cup
I REALLY wanted to love this but so far i cant. Not sure if its just a me problem or what. I ordered based on my measurements and when it came in i immediately went to try it. For the life of me i could not get the vacuum to hold on it and it seemed to big. I thought it was my fault and i wanted this to work so bad i immediately ordered a size down.. well it comes in and again i immediately try it. This one is definitely not to big (almost to small) but again i cant reliably make it hold vacuum. After different sleeves, different sizes, and different pumps not working i just put it up for now. Maybe one day ill try again but its way to much aggravation to do every day like i was hoping to. Again im new to this and it could totally be my fault or something im doing wrong but i followed all instructions. Due to this being my only experience i do have to give it a low rating though.

Maintaining the vacuum can be a little finicky with the sleeves and they also tear very easily. I'm happy with everything else though.

If any tear too quickly, reach out and we can send replacements or offer discounts. We also now sell the FKN premium sleeves that should last much longer.
Bell had leak day 1. Sleeve ripped in less than a week. Had to get Total Man bell and sleeve. Very disappointed in quality. ***EDIT*** They were kind enough to send a replacement, and the creases don't seem to be there, so I'm hopeful this won't be as bad. I'll update as needed.

I followed the instructions and measurements for choosing the bell size but the bell I received is too big making this product completely useless. I emailed support and they don't have the correct size but to try double wrapping which did not work. This was a complete ripoff

Sleeves are a little lackluster
I'm new to it so not sure how to get it working but the quality of equipment is very high.
Sizes not marked on sleeves. Two different sizes. Spent a whole day unable to get a vacuum because i was using the wrong size. When i found out the other was a better fit and held a vacuum... it tore after 3 30 min sessions over 2 days. At 5 lbs of tension. Cup seems fine.
