Problems on arrival

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can evaluate any issue and make it right.

  • Products that are damaged or defective on arrival can be exchanged at no cost. 
  • Missing items in your order can be re-sent free of charge. 
  • Incorrect items can be exchanged for the correct item at no cost. 

Unopened and unused items

  • Items being returned must be unopened, unused, and in original product packaging (not the outer shipping box). 
  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery. 
  • Returns require approval before being sent back to us. 
  • Approved returns include a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost.

Electronically delivered items (E-books) and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Opened or used items

Due to hygiene and the nature of our products, opened or used items are not eligible for return, but we do have alternative solutions:

  • Size Change: Contact us within 14 days for a one-time discount toward a size change. 
  • Electronic devices: Malfunctioning electronic items such as the Auto Pump are eligible for an extended return window. Please contact us within 60 days of delivery for an exchange.
  • Replacement Sleeves: One-time replacement for used sleeves is available within 7 days of delivery for first-time customers only.
  • Apex Extender: Eligible for replacement if a defect occurs during normal use. Contact us within 60 days of delivery.
  • If an opened product (not listed above) doesn't meet your expectations, contact us to discuss available options. We may offer guidance, discounts, or store credit where appropriate.

How to start a return

  1. To start a return, please email us first at Help@peakmalephysique.com with a photo of the product or issue. 
  2. If approved, we’ll provide a pre-paid return shipping label. 
  3. Pack the item and ship to the address below.
  4. If approved, we'll process an exchange or refund.

  • We reserve the right to refuse unapproved returns. 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we’ll notify you whether a refund is approved. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times may vary. If more than 15 business days have passed since issuance of your refund, contact help@peakmalephysique.com.

EU / UK Consumer Laws

This policy does not affect your legal rights under EU/UK consumer law.

14 day cooling off period

Orders shipped to the EU or UK can be returned by contacting us within 14 days of delivery for any reason. This does not apply to opened items due to hygiene reasons. Items must be unopened and in original product packaging.
Purchasing e-books gives instant access and waives the 14-day return right.
