Pump Size Calculator
Use this calculator to determine your correct pump cylinder width.
Room for 10 to 15% expansion is recommended. Do not exceed over 30% of your current size.
General consensus is to measure your thickest point.
ATTENTION *** FOR MEN WITH WIDE BASES: Use your widest base girth.
If you are trying to change shape or would like to focus higher on the shaft, measure your mid-shaft instead, while ensuring your base will still fit. And if you are relatively more oval-shaped or flat, or curved, you might need to go up a size to make sure it fits.

Calculateur de conversion de pression
Le kit comprend :
- Pompe automatique

All good 👌
Soon
Ordering and shipping was fast and easy, item works great. Thanks PMP.
Love this device - works and feels greats! My only drawback is the pumping mechanism. I wish it pumped a bit slower so I could fine tune how much pressure I want/need.
Auto Pump Kit - Digital Penis Pump
Store owner replied: Thanks for the feedback.
Sizing is great. Pump is kind of a pain to use.
Stellar quality! After seeing BD's video on pumping, I had ordered a general purpose pump (for about 60 bucks). However, the cilinder was WAY too big. After receiving the PMP kit in the mail, I instantly noticed the high quality and that it was clearly specialised gear for pump training for girth vs just improving EQ. The cilinder itself is made of very strong, durable plastic, and the automatic pump is very easy to use. It made my training sessions more consistent due to ease of use, and the results are slowly showing. Definitely recommend! Important: I got the 15% bigger cilinder, and ended up having to get the 10% bigger cilinder instead. Don't get the 15% one, especially if you have a lot of scrotum skin! It greatly hinders efficient training sessions. Stick to the smaller cilinder and results will follow!
Store owner replied: Hey Lucas, thanks for taking time to leave an honest review. We appreciate your support! Perhaps you would benefit from a Pump Sleeve or our Ball Stretchers to keep them out of the way. Cheers on your PE journey.
the only thing i hate about automatic pump is that sometimes i have issue getting to right preasure and i have to reset it(gets to preasure that i want and durring set it can go additional 1-1,5 kpa) and start again . frustrating but othe than that i love it
New to the whole experience, also purchased the beginners Ebook. It’s been a little over a week and I love it so far! My SO seems to be VERY happy about it too!
Store owner replied: Love to hear it. Thanks Anthony.
Everything is perfect.. and it arrived so fast! Thank you, guys..
Working great
Store owner replied: Love to hear it
working good
Love this thing, way better then the old cheapy I was using!
Store owner replied: Glad you're enjoying the kit and that it seems to be doing better than your previous one!
Great product and fast shipping as usual!!
Everything was great, except for the comfort sleeve it came with. The hole is too small and actually adds discomfort.
Store owner replied: Happy to hear you're enjoying the Auto Pump. The sleeve can be made more comfortable by cutting a hole in the opening to better fit you. We did email back to let you know this piece of information, feel free to troubleshoot back. Take care.
So much easier than the hand pump. I can brush my teeth or shave. More productive so I’m more consistent.
This pump worked well for me. No issues with objects that shouldn’t get pulled into the pump being pulled into the pump. I did not need to use to silicone ring that comes with it. It seems very well made. The only thing I think I would improve is to have it pump up to pressure a little slower.
Good
Way better than the other pump(BM), perfect pressure, and hands free. Auto pump is the way to go. Doing the 5/5 twice a day with vigor. 1st is about 26-28 kpg, and 2nd is about 36-38 kpg. As soon as I get used to it, I’ll incorporate the extender. Thanks a lot. 👍🤙💪
Something happened to my order and I got 0 help fixing the problem. They literally lost my order in the mail and nobody knows anything about where it was or where it could be.
Store owner replied: Hi there, Sorry about your bad experience with shipping. We reached out to you via email to try to confirm your address and get you your package :)
Good
I wasn’t fully sure about the size but the 1.75” tube is perfect for my near 5” girth. The autopump is awesome and makes this an excellent buy. Prior, I tried the much more expensive hydroextreme, with the pump, for a year and no noticeable girth growth. I also have an FDA approved pump, encore, but it has no gauge - again no noticeable growth. I generally followed a five day a week pumping schedule after a half hour-ish of manuals.
Works great
This item works great! I’m a beginner, so starting slowly, but everything works as advertised and appears to be well manufactured and should last a long time.
Great device! Smart powerful pump. I would recommend to everyone, it’s worth the extra bucks
I ordered a 2 inch cylinder cause I’m aiming more for length pumping, wish I had ordered one size larger on diameter, as I’m already filling the 2 inch on the girth. The pump is very strong and has some cool features. Only reason I dropped to 4 stars is I wish it had the ability to set the pressure before it began pumping. Trying to hit the same vacuum pressure each use is pretty difficult, pump builds vacuum is very quickly.
Store owner replied: Hi there Jospeh, Thank you for the good review! We're glad you like the product! We sent you an email regarding some of the issues you brought up so hopefully we can help you out with them!
Much higher quality and easier to use than the cheap pump/tube combination I bought on Amazon years ago. I should have trusted PMP's expertise and bought their products from the beginning; would have saved me a lot of headache.
Store owner replied: Heck yeah, Matt. Thanks for the honest review.
Order was shipped fast and after getting use to the pump after about 10 mins it was really easy to set up and use. I am ready to start my sessions in a couple of minutes.
Store owner replied: Thanks Miguel! Happy to hear it.
Fast shipping, great item.
The product was easy to use. Seem to mmake a significant difference quickly. Can't wait to see the results after a few months.
Battery doesn’t last. If you’re shredded the base of tube will dig into you making it extremely painful & the silicone padding you can buy for extra cost will do nothing. Waste of money.
Store owner replied: Hi Tom, usually the battery lasts quite a long time! If anything arrives broken or malfunctioning, we’re happy to replace it, just shoot us an email. Regarding the cylinder, it has a wide flange at the base designed to distribute pressure more evenly. Many users find it comfortable, though experiences can vary. We recommend staying under 10 inHg pressure, which should not be painful. Sorry to hear it wasn’t comfortable in your case.
Pressure is difficult to control
Ya. The gel you’re offering. I need it but been sold out
Nice
Good quality pump, and very affordable.
Store owner replied: Thank you!
Phenomenal product, great quality and works like a charm. Been using it daily and seeing results.
Unquestionably better than my bathmate.
Store owner replied: Heard that! Thanks Lewis.
I’m not sure if I should go up in cylinder. When I pump the base of my penis fills up the cylinder 3 inches going up. Over all it is great and I love to see the thickness.
Better Than The Bath Mate Xtreme ;-)
So far so good just learning what works best for me.
