You sent me the wrong size. I measure and it looks like you sent me a large and a medium, as the large measures at a diameter of 1 7/8”. Plus I find the cups lacking anyway, they don’t hold a vacuum seal and the mechanism to hold the air is loose.

Originally ordered 1 of the “monster” size vacuum cups and thought it was defective. Probably because I was just using an air vacuum when extending. Watched Massive Novelties video on the water method and cup works great! So I ordered 2 more. Quickly discovered that the water method is not only 10x’s easier and less risk adverse, you don’t need a pump. Also, bought the PMP pump & the rubber comfort pad. I immediately cut the center out of the pad & turned it over. I have a girth of 6.5 in. and with the 2 1/4 in. tube, it’s perfect. It came with the water container so I can still pump using water and since I fill the entire girth of the tube, I get absolutely NO discoloration. I have a regular Bathmate & Bathmate Extreme, the base was very uncomfortable and hard to seal. I really couldn’t use the comfort insert, so quite often skin would get pinched in the accordion, testicles would get sucked in, massive discoloration, also didn’t know the pressure and had to be in the shower. I would never buy one again nor recommend to anyone. For a fraction of the cost, the PMP pump is far superior. Just wish I had know that before I wasted hundreds & hundreds of dollars. The cup didn't fit; it was too small it was the second one that they sent that was too small and I had to take it out of the package to look at it and when I did that they told me that I couldn’t return it. I’m considering returning my entire extender unfortunately.

Doesn’t hold a seal like other vacuum caps. It’s a nice feel but it looses/leaks suction almost immediately when pressure/decompression is applied making the need to pump the cap a constant activity. Like I said nice overall feel but can definitely have improvement on held suction/pressure
