does the job but treat these as consumable supplies... which I got more mileage out of sleeves. Tried the pricey ones as well - they all have a half life.

Already down two sleeves. One definitely had some weird bubble imperfections and ripped in half when I tried to get it off. The second one had a small rip in the seam after I put it on. Tore in half when I took it off. I will use the remaining sleeves sparingly to try and get my money's worth....

A very nice alternative to name brand sleeves that are way more expensive. Treat them carefully and they will last.

Exactly as described. Thick silicone sleeves which are durable and pretty long lasting if you treat them right.

I liked the sleeve while it fit, but just putting it around the bell. It breaks way too easily. It breaks easier than the one that comes with the phallosan device itself and that sleeve only broke after about eight weeks of use five days a week for six hours a day. So basically none of the sleeves work and the third one is already tearing after one day of use believe me I am not that well equipped that they should start tearing so easily if I was I wouldn’t be buying these devices lol

While they sleeves are better than others I’ve bought, one of the sleeves split right down the middle after one use

The vacuum cups slips off easily and no instructions.. The products is low quality and not worth the high price extender..

Works great but . My foreskin gets edema from the cup pressure. on it. Can you recommend something to protect my forsaken in the cup ( Rae if the flan to too) from swelling up after a one hour stretch?

I bought 15 sleeves, 3 of the smaller ones didn't last me more than one set of 5 minutes(it wasn't even in extremely high tension either, below 8lbs.). Other one teared off when i put it in the vacuum cup. Very dissapointed, the one i bought in other site lasted me 8+ months but i wanted support PMP this time and this is what happens. I'll try the bigger ones later but i'm not optimistic.

This was my second set. You sent me this set cause the first all broke within a week and arrived cracked. These broke within 2 weeks. One has worked ok and 2 others split after one use. This is crazy.

First batch had some creases that caused very quick failures (only a couple uses), but they were kind enough to send replacements, and these look MUCH better!
What can I say. Good sleeves working well. Make sure you have some spares as these may break easily. Lasting from one week to six months.
Mid size sleeve tore after a couple of uses, haven't tried the others yet, tore at the seam (haven't seen a seam on on other sleeves). I know this stuff happens and sleeves are far from perfect, just a little disappointed.
The material is extremely comfortable, but unfortunately they tear within a day or 2 of wearing. I am using the phallosan forte system, and their sleeves are less comfortable but they last infinitely longer.
