The Apex Extender By massive novelties  has been a community favorite for years. This version of the apex was built to maximize comfort while maintaining unparalleled build quality in the industry.

The frame is a single piece of 6mm thick electro-coated High-carbon Steel, making the Apex the strongest extender on the market, Ensuring your safety. The electroplating keeps the steel rust-free.

Sizing

While the device itself is over 13 inches tall, it will fit the vast majority of men (and potentially small horses.) This oversized extender is intended for years of use but also ensures maximum device compatibility. 

The Apex works for men from 2.0in to 10.5in or 5.08 cm to 26.67cm 

This size range is with a vacuum based attachment system, compression hangers like the male Hanger maximum size is going to be closer to 8-9 inches long 

The maximum girth the Apex can accommodate is 7.5 inches base girth.

Unmatched Comfort 

After many renditions of the base, Massive Novelties decided on its horseshoe design. The horseshoe allows for the maximum surface area on the base, alleviating pressure, making the Apex one of the most comfortable devices on the market; for those who need a bit more cushion, a 6mm thick cushion is available for purchase, quite useful for the very lean.

The horseshoe design makes taking on and off the device a breeze. There is no need to come out of the attachment mechanism; the device just slides off and on.

The groove on the front matches your contours, minimizing pinching of loose skin.

Apex is adjustable 180 degrees, allowing you to extend in practically every position. With its hinge system, it stays put at the angle you set it to. Removing the need to use unsafe tensions to hold the device at the proper angle.  

The Apex can generate up to 20 lb. of tension with its custom-made springs. These springs were specifically designed for the job, ensuring accuracy for years to come, unlike competitors who use off-the-shelf springs that will degrade over time, leading to inaccuracies.

The housing for the tension mechanism has etched tension markers, ensuring ease of readability well into the future.

The apex is designed to work with practically every PE device on the market that uses a hook, leading to unmatched compatibility. The horseshoe base allows for large devices to be worn in tandem with the APEX, the 360 degree adjustable hook allows for adjusting to fit most latching mechanisms on the market. Apex Handling Need to Know’s

Your unit might come with a white powder on the tension system; this is residual paint fill from manufacturing.  It will be wiped with water and a towel; if it does not, we will send you a replacement if the request is received within 1 week of delivery.  Actual product defects will be refunded or replaced if notified within 20 days of delivery.

The tension springs are extremely strong; when adjusting, be sure to keep the sides less than 1 cm or ¼ of an inch of each other. The golden rule is that if you are compressing the spring on one side, you need to even out the other. Failure to do this will break the top guides of your apex if the adjustment is too uneven.

Slight bending of the frame is normal. It is steel; it reacts to temperature and will shrink and swell a little bit.  Additionally, the frame is bent by hand within 1 degree of tolerance. With the hand-tightened connection points, there will be some variance in the frame from unit to unit.

However, this does not impact spring calibration; if your springs feel uneven, it is more likely that YOU will have a natural tilt to one side ( I have one to the right, for example). This will lead to minor fluctuations in the scale system alignment. However, the scaling system is still accurate within the tension lines. If one side is at 10lb and the other is 9lb, then 9.5lb of tension is being applied
