This version of the Apex was built to maximize comfort while maintaining the unmatched build quality the device is known for. The frame is made from a single piece of 6mm thick electro-coated high-carbon steel, making the Apex one of the strongest penis extenders on the market. The electro-coated finish helps protect the steel from rust, while the tough resin base provides the strength and reliability users expect from the Apex platform.
Sizing
While the device itself is over 13 inches tall, the Apex Extender is designed to fit the vast majority of men (and potentially small horses). This oversized extender frame is intended for years of use and gives users more room for progression than most standard penis traction devices.
The Apex works for men from 2.0 inches to 10.5 inches, or 5.08 cm to 26.67 cm.
This size range assumes a vacuum-based attachment system. For compression hangers like the MaleHanger, the maximum usable size will usually be closer to 9 inches in length. For maximum length with the MaleHanger, connect the blue strap directly to the Apex hook.
The maximum girth the Apex can accommodate is approximately 7.5 inches base girth, making it one of the most size-inclusive male enhancement extenders available.
Unmatched Comfort
After multiple base designs, Massive Novelties chose the horseshoe base for the Apex because it offers maximum surface area and better pressure distribution. This helps reduce pressure points and makes the Apex one of the most comfortable high-tension penis extenders on the market.
For users who need additional padding, especially very lean users, a 6mm thick cushion is available for purchase. The added cushion can help improve comfort during longer traction sessions.
The horseshoe design also makes taking the device on and off much easier. There is no need to fully remove your attachment mechanism each time; the device can slide on and off more efficiently between sessions.
The front groove is shaped to better match the body’s natural contours, helping minimize loose skin pinching and improving comfort during use.

The Apex can generate up to 20 lb of tension with its custom-made springs. These springs were specifically designed for high-tension traction training, helping maintain accuracy and consistency over time. Compatibility
The Apex is designed to work with practically every penis enlargement device, vacuum hanger, or attachment system that uses a standard hook. This gives the Apex unmatched compatibility for users who already own other PE equipment and want a stronger, more adjustable extender frame.
The horseshoe base allows larger devices to be worn in tandem with the Apex, while the 360-degree adjustable hook makes it easier to fit most latching mechanisms on the market. The hook also allows easier positioning for advanced techniques such as bundled extending.

Apex Handling Need to Know’s
Your unit may arrive with a small amount of white powder on the tension system. This is residual paint fill from manufacturing and can usually be wiped away with water and a towel. If it does not wipe off, we will send a replacement if the request is received within 1 week of delivery.
Actual product defects will be refunded or replaced if we are notified within 20 days of delivery.
The tension springs are extremely strong. When adjusting the Apex, keep both sides within less than 1 cm, or approximately 1/4 inch, of each other. The golden rule is simple: if you compress the spring on one side, even out the other side. Failing to keep the adjustment balanced can break the top guides if the device is adjusted too unevenly.
Slight bending of the frame is normal. The Apex frame is steel, and steel can react slightly to temperature by shrinking or expanding. Additionally, each frame is bent by hand within 1 degree of tolerance. Because the connection points are hand-tightened, some variance from unit to unit is expected.
This does not impact spring calibration. If your springs feel uneven, it is more likely that your natural anatomy has a slight tilt to one side. This can cause minor fluctuations in the scale system alignment, but the scaling system remains accurate within the tension lines. For example, if one side reads 10 lb and the other reads 9 lb, then approximately 9.5 lb of tension is being applied.
Routines
The Apex can be used for multiple penis traction and male enhancement routines depending on your experience level, attachment system, and training goals. Start conservatively, use controlled tension, and build gradually over time. Consistency, comfort, and proper setup matter more than chasing maximum tension too early.

Store owner replied: Hey there, we did send an email offering to send some replacements sleeves. While these sleeves are affordable, we know they can be a bit inconsistent. To help them last longer, handle gently, store in a cool dry place, and avoid leaving them attached to the cups. Baby powder also helps extend their life.
Im very pleased with the extender. I started using it the day that I reveived it. It is high quality. I can be semi-mobile within reason while using it as opposed to remaining stationary while hanging with weights. I only regret not buying it sooner.

The device is fragile and broke after a few months. Expensive for the low quality.
The extender I received doesn’t really work correctly. Today I noticed the one adjustment knob, is broken where it enters the other part of the extender. My guess that’s why it’s not working properly a little disappointing

The extender is perfect, arrived great with awesome springs but the coloration was off and it was alot sqeaky but I put some neosporin on the screwing bars & they stopped sqeaking, but over all great purcase & product, I dont regret it at all

I have been doing manuals for 9 moths, i have gained a little over a half an inch, my routine was up to 30-40 min a day. I knew I needed to be more efficient and get an extender. I love the apex, it has made it so much easier, and after just a month, I have broken out of my rut and gained about 1/10th of an inch

That said, the base shouldn’t be causing painful pressure. Positioning and a bit of padding can help with comfort. If something seems off, feel free to reach out. This needs work. It should have a bronze washer between the plastic and spring. This will allow it to turn easier

Great! This thing works as advertised, and is really well built. My only complaint would be that when adjusting tension the mechanism gets caught on the threads. Its easily remedied by lightly pressing and releasing the mechanism a couple of times till it seats properly. A light coat of grease helps, as well.
Ease of use makes or breaks a device, and I've seen a ton that didn't work. This device is in a league of its own!
This extender is a sturdy piece of equipment meant to handle higher tension levels with no breakage issues. This is far better than many plastic devices that I’ve seen. If you are serious about extension, this is the one to have. It looks more like it came from a hardware supplier than a novelty shop!
A great product, and a great company with good customer service
Very good customer service had a few issues but via a few emails all was resolved great products
so far the eqipment have been my most favoured due to its nature of being a high tension extender. i only received a blister but that was because i rushed the pressure. slowly and gradually increasing the tension have helped my progression so much. not to mention its honestly quite comfortable and simple to use!

Store owner replied: Thanks for the feedback. It is unlikely that the springs are off as they are machine is calibrated before assembly. What's more likely happening is that the spring is catching in its housing. Gently pull up the housing two to three times and then fully compress the tension gauge. This should release the springs. If it still feels off, I have found extenders feel like less tension than hangers simply because the suspensory ligaments are not receiving the stress by design. BD - Owner PMP LLC
I bought the original Apex Extender months ago before the new design with the ruler built in came out. I have not been able to use it since my purchase because I bought the smallest bell cup and still slip out of it and the sleeves rip. So I purchased the male hanger attachment from male hanger, but I can't use it because it's painful and causes my glans to go cold and numb. Seems like a great extender, but as if right now, it's useless to me.
