Se recomienda un margen de expansión del 10 al 15%.
Multiplica la circunferencia actual por 1,10 o 1,15 para obtener un cilindro que permita la expansión. (Ejemplo: 5 x 1,10 = 5,5)
Entonces, una circunferencia de 5 pulgadas multiplicada por 1,10 es 5,5 y por 1,15 es 5,75, por lo que se recomendaría que este espécimen obtuviera el 2,0 ya que permite espacio para el crecimiento y ganancias de bombeo inmediatas.

Love this device - works and feels greats! My only drawback is the pumping mechanism. I wish it pumped a bit slower so I could fine tune how much pressure I want/need.

Sizing is great. Pump is kind of a pain to use.
Stellar quality! After seeing BD's video on pumping, I had ordered a general purpose pump (for about 60 bucks). However, the cilinder was WAY too big. After receiving the PMP kit in the mail, I instantly noticed the high quality and that it was clearly specialised gear for pump training for girth vs just improving EQ. The cilinder itself is made of very strong, durable plastic, and the automatic pump is very easy to use. It made my training sessions more consistent due to ease of use, and the results are slowly showing. Definitely recommend! Important: I got the 15% bigger cilinder, and ended up having to get the 10% bigger cilinder instead. Don't get the 15% one, especially if you have a lot of scrotum skin! It greatly hinders efficient training sessions. Stick to the smaller cilinder and results will follow!

the only thing i hate about automatic pump is that sometimes i have issue getting to right preasure and i have to reset it(gets to preasure that i want and durring set it can go additional 1-1,5 kpa) and start again . frustrating but othe than that i love it

Everything was great, except for the comfort sleeve it came with. The hole is too small and actually adds discomfort.

So much easier than the hand pump. I can brush my teeth or shave. More productive so I’m more consistent.
This pump worked well for me. No issues with objects that shouldn’t get pulled into the pump being pulled into the pump. I did not need to use to silicone ring that comes with it. It seems very well made. The only thing I think I would improve is to have it pump up to pressure a little slower.

Way better than the other pump(BM), perfect pressure, and hands free. Auto pump is the way to go. Doing the 5/5 twice a day with vigor. 1st is about 26-28 kpg, and 2nd is about 36-38 kpg. As soon as I get used to it, I’ll incorporate the extender. Thanks a lot. 👍🤙💪

I wasn’t fully sure about the size but the 1.75” tube is perfect for my near 5” girth. The autopump is awesome and makes this an excellent buy. Prior, I tried the much more expensive hydroextreme, with the pump, for a year and no noticeable girth growth. I also have an FDA approved pump, encore, but it has no gauge - again no noticeable growth. I generally followed a five day a week pumping schedule after a half hour-ish of manuals.

This item works great! I’m a beginner, so starting slowly, but everything works as advertised and appears to be well manufactured and should last a long time.

I ordered a 2 inch cylinder cause I’m aiming more for length pumping, wish I had ordered one size larger on diameter, as I’m already filling the 2 inch on the girth. The pump is very strong and has some cool features. Only reason I dropped to 4 stars is I wish it had the ability to set the pressure before it began pumping. Trying to hit the same vacuum pressure each use is pretty difficult, pump builds vacuum is very quickly.

Much higher quality and easier to use than the cheap pump/tube combination I bought on Amazon years ago. I should have trusted PMP's expertise and bought their products from the beginning; would have saved me a lot of headache.

Battery doesn’t last. If you’re shredded the base of tube will dig into you making it extremely painful & the silicone padding you can buy for extra cost will do nothing. Waste of money.

Regarding the cylinder, it has a wide flange at the base designed to distribute pressure more evenly. Many users find it comfortable, though experiences can vary. We recommend staying under 10 inHg pressure, which should not be painful. Sorry to hear it wasn’t comfortable in your case.

I’m not sure if I should go up in cylinder. When I pump the base of my penis fills up the cylinder 3 inches going up. Over all it is great and I love to see the thickness.
