Try to figure out where the leak is coming from: the top or the bottom of the cylinder, or the pump handle.
If it’s leaking from the bottom:
You might feel tiny air bubbles or a tickling sensation on your skin. Try trimming your pubic hair. Use lube on the base. Adjust the angle slightly up or down on your pelvic area until you find the sweet spot. (It can take a few tries to find the best fit.)
If it’s leaking from the top:
Make sure the valve on top of the cylinder is tightened, but don’t overtighten it. If the valve still leaks, you can wrap the threads with a bit of plumber’s tape to improve the seal - that’s worked for some customers.
Check the pump handle and hose:
Remove the hose, plug one end, and blow into the other end to see if the hose leaks. Press the unattached tip of the pump handle to your finger. Pump very slowly and lightly to check the pressure.

I got this as a way of keeping everything healthy (not for size, which I doubt beyond a temp boost). So far it's great. I bought a different brand that was a waste of time. This one works. My only complaint is that it didn't come with any instructions.
Great product very well built and clean. The extra rubber seal helps a lot keeping everything in place and you nuts from entering the tube which can be extremely uncomfortable. Works as described
Truly love the quality of this pump. It's not only obvious in the materials but also in the suction as well. I definitely can feel the difference between this and my old one. Looking forward to the benefits to come.

Worked for like a week and now loses suction immediately. I messaged customer service, will see what they do about it. Way to quick for it to break, I am using it properly and babying it.
The attachment on the top of the vacuum tube leaks. To hold a steady pressure requires repeated pumping. I first thought the pump had a slow leak, or the seal against the base and my skin was the problem but it wasn’t.

We offer replacement both male and female connector pieces for the cylinder (female) and the hose (male). We emailed to let you know we could replace that for you and troubleshoot further. The valve might just need tightening, or some guys have luck with plumber's tape on the valve threads if needed.
The pump works well and is excellent. I hope to achieve the desired results and I will buy another, wider tube…. I highly recommend it; it's a fantastic pump 😊
